Hard Boiled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs are one of those foods that everyone has their own way of cooking and think their way is the best. Here’s how I make mine:
Carefully put eggs in a sauce pan. Cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Cover and turn off the heat. Leave the pan on the burner for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, run under cold water until the eggs are cooled. Refrigerate eggs if not used immediately. They come out perfect every time.
I know, I know, everyone thinks their eggs come out perfect.
